Léger et comfortable. J'enlève la vessie en hiver et je rempli par du linge.
The compressed size of this pillow shocked me—it fits easily into any backpack pocket, even a jacket pocket! When in use, just three breaths fully inflate it. The curved design supports my neck well, and with a 4-inch height, it provides great support even for side sleepers. An essential item for comfortable sleep in cold-weather camping!
I bought the down version for my kid who's a big fan of real pillows but we needed something small and light. The packed size is decent and so is the weight. But the down padding is not sufficient to remove the air feeling from the pillow - and I actually think the non-down version feels more like a traditional pillow than this one. We'll see how well it goes with multiple uses. It's a hard task so I'm not sure any pillow does it perfectly.
I love that this packs down really small and the thin down layer makes it feel less like a balloon. The shape is good and you can adjust the thickness my adding or taking out air. Not as cozy as a full pillow but worth it for the size.
Good comfort-to-weight ratio, the down makes a difference. We'll see how durability is, but it fits in the sleeping bag perfectly so that's a nice start
For years I used inflatable pillow from different known brands and always felt like I was actually using one. Its hard to describe that non-real pillow feeling. The Thermarest Down one however is a game changer. It is still "partly" inflatable but feel way less like a fake pillow. Don't get me wrong, im not into glamping. That pillow is just better for not much more weight. You are the one that make your own comfort during expedition, nobody will take you by the hand to make it for you. I highly recommend that pillow. It pack very small, quality build. Way better than an upper puffy.
OMG I love this pillow so much! Some cheap pillows only give the elevation, but are actually quite uncomfortable as they are hard when inflated. Not this one: as long as you don't inflate it to its maximum it will stay cushy and comfy while providing that additional height that's needed. It also packs super small, so I typically just pack it with my sleeping bag in the compression sack. The only thing that would make it better is if the packsack would be integrated into the pillow so I don't have to go hunting for it when packing up my tent.
I'm pretty weight conscious so I was reluctant to buy this. It's really worth it over a non-padded pillow though. I like that the cover can be removed too.
