  Like the fit

I am happy with these sneakers. Wide toe box, snug heel, good arch support, comfortable drop. Right fit for me. Will look at this brand for future purchases

Love the wide toe box on these shoes. Felt great immediately on a 12km trail run

  Ultraventure 4 Trail Running Shoes

Shoes are very roomy in the toebox. Very comfortable With a custom orthotic, heel does not lock very well so have to use with standard insole.

  Best shoe i owned

This is amazing for wide toe and natural feet. I struggled a lot finding a good pair of shoes until this. It's amazing on the trail and I can run pain free.

  Ultraventure 4 are great

I am a long time Altra brand runner, typically Lone Peak and Olympus. I was looking for something like the Olympus but with a little heal drop and a tighter heal. The Ultraventure 4 fits perfectly and I love running in them. They definitely have a spot in my rotation.

  So far so good

Only used on one long trail run. Not fully broken in but no hot spots and felt good on the trail. Big fan of Topo and started using the brand for road running. Now that I'm transitioning into more trail running it only made sense to use the brand. No complaints yet. I am someone who has become dependent on the big toe box and feel of Topo.

Great with a little ankle rub

  06/06/26

So far with 100 kms with these mostly on trail I've been quite pleased with the comfort and stability. And I think they will have good durability. Good on trail and on road. Though there was a big issue to start. My right outer heel was rubbing on the shoe collar and producing a hot spot. Added a insole to raise up my heel a few mm and problem solved. I did not discover many other people having this issue so perhaps it's just me and my feet/ankles but worth noting

It became my go to shoes

If you are looking for wide tote box, 5mm drop with more than reasonable cushion, it is a great choice if not the option to buy/try.

  Good quality shoe

Sadly I had to return these as these are not a good fit for feet with over pronation.

  Wow
