Boa is a big plus and worked well on these non-traditional snowshoes. The grip is adequate and replaceable parts really extends the product life. The heel lift mechanism, however, doesn't quite work in practice (the heel slips when pushing down on it to activate). Did not get a chance to test on deep snow.
The BOA system makes them super easy to put on and keeps them attached to my boots nicely. Never loosing or opening during the hike like other types of straps. Great grip. Not too large so it’s easy to walk. Overall a really good buy!
This would have to be one of the best snowshoes I have ever purchased, they are definitely worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone that have a passion for winter sports, amazing on hills and crusty or icy conditions. I purchased them for my partner, and the BOA is great as she can put them on quickly and with mittens on.
Good to go almost everywhere. Worth the price
I’ve used these snowshoes 2 times now, unfortunately a piece in one of the bindings broke today. When I received the snowshoes and was looking them over ,I had some concerns about the binding. I would prefer a strap like the more basic highlander that goes around the ankle. I like the shoe and design mostly. So I’m wondering what type of warranty there is. They are basically brand new!,
