  Excellent Multitool

  06/04/25

I bought this Victorinox Swiss Tool Spirit X to replace a well used Leatherman Charge. I would say the new Swiss Tool is feel like it is better quality. I appreciate the scissor on the Swiss Tool but I do miss the multi bit adaptor from my old Leatherman. I also appreciate how all the tools are on the outside of the Swiss Tool so I do not have to open it up to access. I will have to see how this multiple tool handles in long term usage but so far I would rebuy it.

  Victorinox Spirit Black

This tool is amazing. I own both Leatherman and Gerbers and they are great, but the victorinox is just that much more quality and the best part is you can access all tools without opening the multitool fully.

This is greatest Multitool, available. It is light, relatively small size, very well, made all the necessary tools you will ever need are right in the small pouch. You don’t need anything else, you just have to know how to improvise. Do not forget who manufacture it, they been making these stools for decades, and they have a lot of experience with the material they use as well. Yes, it is Swiss made. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

The Swiss Tool Spirit XBS is beautifully crafted. It feels so sleek and everything is engineered perfectly. It has all the tools you need and everything deploys easily. I'm surprised they could fit so many tools in such a small frame. This particular tool is in black and is supposed to aid in rust protestion. All I know is it looks cool :)

I have the original Swiss too from 1999, it’s the best. Happy to buy this for my son. It’ll last a lifetime.

  Solid multi-tool

The Victorinox Swiss tool spirit xbs is a solid tool. Lots of features and functions. The black oxide treatment make the tool very cool looking. My only concern is the tools are a bit stiff to open. Hopefully with time and use it'll be a bit easier.
