Love this jacket, can't believe I didn't buy it sooner. This jacket has been my go-to wear and been with me through camping, hiking, skiing and many more activities. Sizing was great for me as well, I would say TTS. Great jacket.

Disclaimer - I bought this jacket as a replacement for my rain jacket, which I thought I had lost. I found it, so did not need this one, and returned it. So I cannot comment on the performance of it. I will review the fit however. I am 6'1 (184cm) and about 192lb (87kg). I have broad shoulders, and am somewhat through the upper torso. I normally wear a medium, and have a slim/snug fit. I found with this jacket, the shoulders were too narrow and the chest too tight. The corner of the torso/sleeve was digging into the front of my armpits, and was extremely uncomfortable. Lengthwise and through the lower torso, the jacket fit great. If I went up a size, it would fit in the chest, but be a parachute the rest of the way. If you are a smaller guy, this jacket will be fine for you, true to size.
All around great jacket. Having the stuff sac for it it critical for keeping it clean when its in your pack or hanging on a harness. Can’t go wrong with GORE-TEX Pro either.
No side pockets other than that great jacket overall
J'utilise le Alpha FL pour faire du bateau à voile, de l'escalade et de l'alpinisme. Super confo, le fit est parfait. Je peux facilement mettre mon casque d'escalade sous la capuche, ce qui est parfait lorsqu'il vente beaucoup.
Just bought for ski, I am 6.2' 187lb and XL fits very nicely for me.
L'achat fut effectué via le site internet. Le jacket fut reçu en moins de 3 jours en bon état. Malheureusement la grandeur ne ma fesait pas. Le retour fut effectué sans problème.
This jacket undeniable is amazingly light and has impressive weather protection. The main issue is that it won't fit me as I am a bit on the short side with shorter arms and wide shoulder and a broad chest, so unfortunately it was too tight around the chest and restricted movement. The large was way too big on the other hand. Not recommended for the stocky type like me! Otherwise an incredible jacket.
I bought this jacket to compliment my Alpha SV jacket during more moderate conditions. It packs down quite small even though there's enough material to layer around a Proton AR. I wish it had pit zips and perhaps an extra chest pocket. I don't mind that it doesn't have hand warmer pockets.
