Picked this up so I would have something lighter than my parka to wear on days where it wasn't too crazy cold. This jacket is great for urban wear, it's comfortable walking around outside at -20C with a light fleece underneath. Haven't had a chance to wear it outside the city yet but it's very light and packable, I think it's going to be great for static insulation.

Excellent winter jacket that works well as a mid layer, but with a durable face fabric that can hold up to being an outer layer in milder and calm conditions. Good down to -10ºC on its own, but unfortunately not quite warm enough for the prairies unless combined with a good base layer and shell. I went with a parka instead for more convenience, but this would be a great option for those looking for more flexibility with layers.

This Jacket is very warm and also very light. With a certain degree of waterproof effect, version is also more comfortable, I like this jacket!

This jacket is amazing, the fit is good, it's super warm, love the hood and it comes in many great color! Staple for fall/winter!
La couleur noir et or est super belle. Léger, l’isolation est épaisse, ça semble très chaud et le tissus extérieur à l’air beaucoup plus résistant que celui du Cerium Lt. Par contre la coupe ne me fait pas. Beaucoup trop court à l’avant et les manches manque de longueur. J’aurais vraiment voulu qu’il me fasse.
Ce manteau est absolument génial pour toutes les activités hivernales. Sa membrane plus résistante que celle de la série Cerium coupe légèrement le vent et l'eau. Après une utilisation extensive, j'estime qu'il se porte jusqu'à environ -10 ou -15 avec seulement une couche de base dessous pour une activité comme la marche. S'il vente très fort, je porte ma coquille Zeta par dessus. Je peux facilement aller jusqu'à -30 avec une couche de base merino, un polar, le Thorium puis la coquille Zeta. Le Thorium possède enfin toutes les qualités d'un manteau en duvet Arc'teryx. Il est léger, compact pour mettre dans le sac à dos lors d'activités plus intenses, possède plusieurs ajustement avec élastiques et il donne l'impression de toujours conserver la bonne température corporelle. Si vous hésitez entre deux tailles, je suggère de prendre la plus grande. Le «fit» est moins ajusté que la série Cerium, mais pour bien jouer avec différentes couches, j'ai pris une taille plus grande qu'à mon habitude et je ne regrette pas.
