Je suis très satisfaite de la qualité et de versatilité de ces bâtons de marche. Il s sont relativement bien construit avec un ajustement permettant de resserrer les clips permettant de les raccourcir. Très hâte de les utiliser dans des conditions variées autant en hiver qu’en été.
These are my first hiking Poles, so I wanted to make sure I gave them a good run before reviewing. Have put them through 50km of hiking and trail running and found them to be a great addition. Especially helpful on Ontario's early winter, icy/muddy trails and for bounding my 190lbs up short, steep sections. Pros. - solid feel - comfortable ergo grip - cork works with gloves or bare hands - locks are a great balance between ease of use and strength Cons. - if you're coming from high performance ski poles, you might find them a tad heavy (I noticed this after 20km) Not sure how the cork grips would fare long term when used in a lot of warm weather? Overall, very happy with the purchase and would recommend.
Nice light trekking poles with comfortable grips however they don’t pack down very small. Packed length is quite long.
Decided to upgrade and give my old poles to my wife. These are definitely better constructed than your basic poles. The cord seems to be holding up well even when wet. The collapse size is enough to fit in a suitcase for travelling. The best part is by far the locking mechanisms for the tubes. They are bullet proof and very strong. I bought these for trekking, but gotta say I may start using them for skiing as well.
The flicklock design is easy to adjust to lengths and appear to be durable. Straps are comfortable as well. The cork handles are comfortable except one of the cork handles has glue on it. I think it is left over from the factory. The glue is rock hard and I don’t think I can take it off without peeling a big piece of cork out. Well, I just leave it like that, but for the price of these poles, I think Black Diamond should have a better quality control. That’s why I only gave it 4 stars.
Very light, but a little long when collapsed.
Bien qu'ils soient légers, robustes, et que le système de serrage semble fiable, quelques points négatifs à considérer. Tout d'abord, une fois pliés, ils sont encore très longs. Et le plus dérangeant, c'est que rétractés, la partie inférieure ne barre pas correctement, et peut facilement glisser et se perdre. Pas très pratique lorsque accrochés sur un sac à dos.
