I bought these poles for a friend, and their light weight is the biggest advantage. In my opinion, you should always go for the FLZ model. The adjustable height is perfect for both uphill and downhill use. They’re pricey, but definitely worth the money.
Excellent quality, really easy to adjust length
I just bought these for my husband. I have had my set for 7 years. They are strong, light and fold down to nothing. I have had no issues at all with parts needing replacement. Comfortable hand grips and the carbon tech tips are very bitey on rock. Just don’t forget to take protective cap off the tips. Highly recommend!

Lighter than I thought. I had contemplated carbon fiber, but these are great.
I used these on the white mountains for a few days. They are very light weight so even after 8 hours of holding them my hands are not tired. They did get pretty scratched quickly with all the rocks and rough terrain. So far I’m liking them but I am not sure if they will be long lasting
These were exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight and easy to collapse and extend. I’ve used them on a 38 km run/hike and they were great!

These are fantastic. I own a pair of Leki’s that I use for trail running (specific style for trail running), and I wanted a pair of hiking poles purpose-built for hiking. These certainly didn’t disappoint - I took them out of the box and took them on a 30km (2,000m elevation) hike right away - I was very pleased with their performance. The stability, weight, and strength performed the whole way through. I would recommend these to anyone. I almost regret not getting the full carbon version, but these are still super light.
J’ai acheté ces bâtons de marche pour des journées de randonnée légère à modérée ou les bâtons aident à garder la motivation, respirer et terminer la journée! Ils répondent bien à mon besoin, en plus ils se plient dans les valises pour voyager en avion. Comme je suis entre deux grandeurs, je vous conseille de choisir plus petit que plus grand. Ce sera plus confortable en montée!!!!
