  Un peu serrés initialement mais le cuir s'étire après quelques jours d'utilisation. Très chauds sans même activer le système.

  Gloves dont't work and bad customer service

  A year after I received these gloves as a gift, one of the batteries stopped working. I contacted black diamond customer service and all I received was an automatic reply saying they should respond in 3 weeks, possibly more beacuse it is high season. So now I am stuck with no heating gloves in February. I am very disappointed of the quality of the battery for a 500$ pair of gloves and their customer service is way too slow. My gf bought a pair of heated gloves a lot cheaper from another company and they are still working well.

  Quality seems great but fingers are way too long (maybe I need to size down)

  Craftmanship and heating seems great (and I tried quite a few systems) My hands fit comfortably but fingers are too long which ends up in very limited dexterity for me (just zipping on the jacket is a challenge). I will return them and order a size down in hope they fit better.

  Très mauvais achat!!!

  Ils chauffent à peine! On sent une légère chaleur lorsqu'il fait autour de 0 degré mais à cette température, j'ai pas besoin de gants chauffant. Je l'ai ai essayé à -20 et je sentais aucune chaleur. En plus, ils sont moins isolé que mes anciens Black Diamond donc je gèle des doigts assez vite si je bouge pas. Au niveau grandeur, j'ai pris des large et elles sont correct. Par contre, au niveau du ''fit'', elles sont difficile à mettre quand la main passe au niveau du poignet. Quand j'ai les mains humide un peu, je dois assécher mes mains car ça passe pas. Aussi, la longueur des doigts est beaucoup trop longue, je dirais au moins un demi pouce de trop! Bref, c'est un très mauvais achat quand on considère le prix à 515$ avec taxes. Espérant que ça aide quelqu'un. Merci
