  I prefer shorts than bib shorts for one reason . . i go for long rides and this is easy to go to washroom with in any restaurant. This short is comfortable but i start to feel discomfort in chamois after 3 hours of riding. . i still haven't use any cream so far but i will try and see. . generally its good shorts

  Always trust Castelli shorts and bibs - great fit.

  I’ve riding for 15 years with Castelli cyclewear and the Cento shorts were to replace another well used Castelli product. Same fit as in the past (my 33” waist fits well with a size large). Would, and will, buy again in the future.

  Very comfortable bike short

  I would say the short runs bigger in size. I normally wear a medium and I have the large in this product. Regardless, the shorts themselves are great. Fits snugly, chamois is plentiful, and the silicon grippers on the legs are helpful. Another great Castelli product, in my opinion.

  Comfy Bike Shorts

  I have bought several other pairs of Castelli shorts. These are a looser fit. I find them much more comfortable. I have worn them on two 4 hour plus rides, top date. My butt, etc. are thanking me. I am going to buy another pair!

  These Castelli bib shorts are great! The GIRO3 leg bands keep the hems in place and the chamois is comfortable. For sizing, if your body type is on the leaner side I would suggest going with your normal size. Otherwise, you should definitely size up. Also, the shorts have a lot of space around the upper area not as much in the quads.
