Purchased to alleviate shoulder pain from heavy messenger bags. This backpack does the trick. The insulated pouch was a nice extra as well.

A solid product with a good sturdy design. I only wish the pouch on the inside was deep enough for my laptop (it's only a hair too shallow). For online purchases, it would be a useful statistic to include. :)

This is a well designed backpace made of high quality materials. Good zippers, nice amount of different sized pockets and a roomy interior. It’s just the right size for using in the city or out. The shoulder straps are comfy and it sits well on your back. There aren’t many backpacks with a lot of pockets which is what I was looking for, so great I found this one.
