I own the Danner Pronghorn, Danner Arctic, Danner Mountain Overlook, Danner Jack ii in a 10.5. After reading all the reviews, I became so confused on what size to order that I sized down to a 10. I should have gone with a 10.5 because the 10 were too small. The toe box pinched my toes together and I had to return these. Unfortunately, now there are no 10.5 which is a shame because they are really nice boots. Shocking lightweight. Last note for those curious, the second set of laces you get are green.
I love the look of these boots so much, that I have purchased (and returned) on three seperate occasions. The look and quality are there. The sizing has been an issue. I wear size 10 sneakers, 9.5 in most boots and shoes. I originally bought these in 9.5. Too tight in toe box. I then got size 10. Again too tight. I lastly tried 10 wide and they are way to big. Came to the conclusion that I cannot find the right fit for my feet. Otherwise they are awesome looking/feeling boots with that vintage styling. I own several Danner so can attest to their quality.
The leather is soft and the soles are comfortable. These boots look very nice so I will be using them more on urban hikes!
Right out of the box these boots fit true to size and feel like a glove, but for feet. These are the best pair of foot gloves I've ever owned. Sturdy in construction and robust and durable, these foot gloves confidently take me from my house to my car without fear of slipping on the concrete. The Vibram TM sole grips the ground in grippy ways unlike my other foot gloves that slip on the ground. I find that driving when wearing these foot gloves is more enjoyable now that the reinforced sole prevents my right foot from flexing when applying pressure to the break pedal, it might work for the left foot but I don't drive a manual transmission so I cannot comment on the support for the left side. This support is a noticeable change from the FiveFingers TM toe-shoes I used to drive with. These are ideal for people who want to: 1. change their footwear from Toe-Shoes to Foot-Gloves 2. walk confidently 3. enter a restaurant
Boot is amazing. Great classic look and colour. I wore them for a short hike right out of the box and can feel them already starting to form. Customer service is one of the best I've ever delt with. They are very knowledgeable, kind and were patient with all my questions. Very helpful indeed.
Worth every penny!
Lighter than mountain lights but do note that these are limited in its recrafting extent due to the way the uppers are constructed.

Bought this boot for everyday wear. Super comfortable, true to size, laces stay put. The colour looks great in person. Great purchase.
