I bought these for office use. They are fantastic for wearing with dress shoes, and with sneakers around the office. One pair that I ordered came with a hole, but altitude gave me a full refund and let me keep the unaffected sock. I wear a 8. 5-9 shoes size and I bought a L. Fits well.

Exactly as hoped and expected. Lighter and cooler than the standard, kinda like a cross between their standard issue and their light hiker. Same unbeatable quality as other darn tough socks I have. Great for days where I know I'll have my shoes on a long time and do a ton of walking.

Held up well to 6 months of regular use. More like a medium weight than "light", probably better in winter than summer, but they'll probably last longer than a true light sock too. Minor cosmetic complaint: out of the three pairs I ordered, one of the socks lacked the vertical ridges on the upper area. Not a big deal, doesn't seem to effect comfort, just looks slightly mismatched.

The heel and toe area feel like they are made of a harder fabric (likely for durability sake). It makes them a bit uncomfortable unless you adjust them perfectly.

Really comfortable everyday socks — light, breathable, and they stay put without sliding down. Good for work or walking around, and they don’t get smelly like cotton. Worth it for the quality.
