Love my Hestra gloves
These gloves are warm and comfortable! They for me like other Hestra gloves do which is great. Note that the wrist is fairly tight on these so large watches might make it harder to put them on.
They broke in pretty quickly which is great and the quality is outstanding.

Waterproof...with a caveat...
These gloves are great once you get the correct size. I'm typically a large, but if I follow the Hestra sizing chart, they would have me wearing a size 9. I ordered both the 9 and 10...and I'm glad I did. The 9's were too tight and I couldn't see them stretching enough to ever be comfortable...and restricted movement leads to frozen digits!! The size 10's fit perfectly.
The gloves are quite warm and very waterproof...but if you do a lot of heavy activity such as shoveling a bunch a driveways in the neighbourhood, they can get sweaty on the inside and take a long time to dry. I had to place them over a heat grate to get them dry as they were still wet after sitting for a day. Removable liners would be a blessing here...
Other than that, the build quality it fantastic and the gloves feel great during activity. No nasty stitching rubs (seams are on the outside) and cozy warm linings. I'll be trying them on the slopes in the near future with confidence that my hands will be warm and protected!

Good quality, warm, size up
Good quality as expected from Hestra. Very soft and warm interior, and the padding on the top of the hand and fingers adds a bit of extra layer from the cold as well. I've used both Vertical Cut gloves and 3-finger, and find that I need to size up compared to the Helis. I measure a size 9, and for Vertical Cut I've had to go up to 10 for a good fit.

Fantastic Quality Everyday glove
I absolutely swear by Hestras. These are my fourth pair (at least) of Hestras and I will keep coming back. I bought these as a replacement for a hair of Vertical Cut Freerides that were unfortunately stolen a year back, and they will take their place in the rotation as my cold weather glove. My hands run hot, so I typically wear a Ergo Grip Spring glove as my everyday glove (-4°c to -10°c), and will wear these for the colder days. Most people I know use these for more typical ski days on the West Coast. I'm typically a large in most gloves (or a medium that fits big) and the Hestra 9 is a perfect fit for me. As with all Hestras, use of the Hestra Glove Balm helps these stay waterproof and extends the life of the leather. Very durable materials, great neoprene wrist that slips underneath the jacket cuffs, and like all Hestras, they're dexterous AF.

Good quality, but not what I was looking for.
Love Hestra's sizing. Nice snug fit on my size 7 hands. The foam backing felt really robust, but ultimately a little more robust than I was looking for. Also didn't seem worth the sacrifice in dexterity considering I don't need the padding. I imagine these gloves would be great for freestyle skiing. I ended up keeping Hestra's Army Leather Gore Tex gloves with gauntlet instead. Although I did need to size down to a 6 in those.
