I haven't had a chance to test these in the field since it is August but I have the exact same pair in the non-spike version which I love for trail running and have worn with slip on Kahtoola spikes in the winter. The fit of these is the same so I anticipate that they will be just as comfortable with the addition of integrated spikes for more traction on packed snow and icy trails. Looking forward to trying them out this winter.

I ordered my normal size but needed to size up by half. They do fit snug and if you plan on wearing a wool sock, you might also need to size up. Other than that, they are great.
These are the best shoes to put on when you want to go for a walk on snowy/icy days! Even with the spikes, they are surprisingly comfortable.
Soulier très confortable et relativement chaud. Crampons très appréciés sur surface dure de neige ou glace molle. Toutefois, si surface de course mixte (asphalte et neige), crampons deviennent gênants par moment.
Taille fidèle à l’habitude, bon soulier pour la course extérieur l’hiver. Il agrippe bien la surface enneigée.
Idéal pour les courses hivernales!
Enfin je peux m’aventurer même quand il y a de la glace. Ils sont légers et confortables et vraiment essentiels pour l’hiver.
Malheureusement, j’ai trouvé ce modèle pas assez englobant autour de la cheville. Ils ne montent pas assez haut. Mise à part cet aspect, ils sont très confortable.
Very confortable, perfect for icy and snowy trails. I suggest sizing 1/2 down, I usually take 8. 5 in running shoe and I need a 8 in Haka
