  Did the trick

Antioxidant supplements, including vitamin C have been shown to have negative effects when consumed after exercise so it bugs me that most electrolyte mixes have added Vit C. In this case we used it on a back country camping trip so I didn't mind that they were fortified with vitamins. The taste is ok, could be better but my partner and I both enjoyed them as a break from plain water.

  Good product

Great for staying hydrated during workouts or hot days. The variety pack offers tasty flavors without being too sweet. Dissolves quickly in water.

  Great electrolytes

Favourite electrolytes. Easy on the stomach. Don't shake up the tubes too much though or you will end up with powder instead of tablets.

Tried them once so far, but they were good. Takes 2 for a 1L bottle. I like it!
