  These are great for wider calves especially. I bought them for my friend who couldn’t wear standard boots since they were too tight. She wears them with a water sandal and loves them.

  These socks worked great for creek crossings on a recent backpack trip. They are light and well made and fold up small. Size Medium fit my 9. 5 foot perfect.
