This is my third Yogitoes mat, and I really like that it stays flat and doesn’t curl up at the edges, which makes a big difference during practice. I mostly use it for hot yoga classes, and once it gets wet from sweat, it grips even better and stays firmly in place. Even when it’s dry, the rubber dots on the back help prevent slipping. For flow-style classes, I recommend lightly misting or wetting it at the start so it grips right away and doesn’t bunch up. If the mat is completely dry, it can sometimes bunch a bit for me, but I don’t have this issue in hatha-style or slow-paced classes. There are less expensive options available, but these towels are worth it for their quality and performance. Highly recommended.

Perfect, non stick towel for hot yoga. They wash well. I also love the prints. They make me happy everytime I roll them out.
