  Almost excellent

  These shoes were almost awesome, spare the collar on them, which I could feel as soon as I put them on was too high up the ankle, which inhibited mobility. Too bad, they felt like they would have good ground feel and have been very comfortable. Super fortunate to have purchased the shoes through Altitude Sports - the return was simple and straight forward.

  good pair of shoes

  Overall, I’m quite happy with these shoes so far. I like the design, and the sole feels comfortable and well made. The only issue I’ve noticed is with the left shoe. When walking, the shoe bends around the little-toe area, and the crease presses against my foot a bit, which can be uncomfortable. I’ve only had them for a few days, though, so I’m hoping this will improve as the shoes break in. Other than that, they’ve been comfortable and I’m happy with the purchase.

  This shoe is getting further and further from a barefoot shoe with every iteration. Excessive collar padding and numerous hot spots at the tongue gusset. Heavier lining than previous shoes so less ventilation. Seems reasonably robust and a grippy sole but not suitable to my needs.

  great shoe but too small (and prefer wide toebox)

  I liked them, they were great but my middle toes hit the end of the shoe. It tapered too sharply. otherwise they were great, very light and form fitting. Needed a larger size that was not available I would use them for trail running and walking around I rated support/stability as excellent because i believe in a more minimal shoe (la clinique du coureur standards)

  Pas si minimaliste

  Dans l'ensemble c'est une bonne chaussure. Elle est confortable, j'aime le mesh "buritos". Mais quand on a connu les anciens modèles de Trail Glove on risque d'etre décu. La chaussure est beaucoup plus raide, plus d'amorti. On s'eloigne du minimalisme des précédentes versions.

  Solid upgrade from the Trail Glove 7. You still get that great barefoot/minimal feel and ground connection, but with a more secure closed-toe fit and better overall comfort.
