Really cool, sturdy, yet light. The handle unfolds and clips to create a pot. Love it!

good durable pot - and doubles as camping tupperware

  09/20/23

The MSR Alpine series is great stuff for car camping and the stowaway pots can serve as camping tupperware in a pinch i you have leftover. This pot is big enough for a one person meal, and can be nested with the 1.1L version, though not the 775 mL version.

  Good quality pot

The quality of this product is good. the lid lock function seals it tight. For me this unit was a little to small for my needs but other that this pot is quality.

  MSR Stowaway Pot

When it comes to this stainless steel stowaway pot I really like the 475 ml size as it stows a small MSR Isopro fuel bottle inside with the lid closed. I keep a MSR stowaway pot in my vehicles and have found them to be indespensible. I have made this MSR 475 ml pot a must have in all my power equipment vehicles.

  Great little thing

Versatile and well made. It's sturdy and well made - perfect at home or camping. It would be amazing if they could put a rubber gasket on the lid though

  MSR

I have to say my favourite cooking pots as the handle secures the lid making a great canister for storing items like a MSR fuel container. I carry the stow away pot on my snowmobile so I’m never without. Highly recommended. If I had to chose this would be on my must have in my pack.

  Smaller than expected

  09/30/20

I already had one of the small StowAway pots that I got a few years ago, and had purchased another for a family member. The pot I had did not have the size marked on it, but it was tiny, so I assumed I had the smallest size - 475ml. However, when the order arrived, I compared it to my old pot and it was even tinier. I guess I should have looked up the dimensions on the MSR site. This pot is 4.6" in diameter and 3" tall. Could maybe cook 1/2 pack of ramen? Will have to see what my family member thinks. May be too small for them.

Stainless is not heavy and better than Titan

  09/21/20

I used to use Titan pots, but found that there is some bad taste after boiling water. Therefore, I was searching to replace SnowPeak Titan pots&double wall cups and found MSR stainless pot with lid as the perfect pot. Using the lid with lockable handle make it quite practical to store liquid - much safer than loose lid against water/food sputtering! I highly recommend this pot!
