Bought this thinking it would be the fastest boiler however I am not impressed by the performance for price. Under perfect conditions, room temp inside my house at ocean level, it took 3-4 minutes to bring 1L to a boil. Up at altitude and in poor weather I don't see it performing any better. There are cheaper and less bulky alternatives available.
