This camping chair is super easy to setup and take apart. It fits nicely in the carry bag and is easily adjustable by pulling on the strings. Best of all, the chair is really comfortable and being able to rock back and forth is a nice extra.
I love this chair. This is the second major revision. I have two of the first one, which had a two section vertical pole, which made the thing a bit more compact, but more cumbersome when installing. The padded head rest is also much nicer.
This is the perfect chair for car camping or van life, it’s sturdy and flexible seating. It has a cup holder as well. It’s awesome for sitting around the campfire. It’s much too beefy and bulky for canoeing or backpacking, but it’s a nice bit of luxury when you’re on the road or at the trailhead.
First time a bought snow peak camping chair, did not regret it. Easy to assemble, very comfortable. Pricey but worth the money. High-quality and highly recommended
I had doubts about how comfortable this chair could be..was it hype? Overpriced? It assembles easily, and once you find your sweet spot of bottom placement, the reclined experience is awesome! I almost fell asleep in the afternoon sunshine and so can't wait for some clear starry nights. It's well made, too (you have to see/feel it). And it's lightweight! I'm 5'11" and my legs feel comfortable on the ground without footstool.
It's a big chair that will fit two small kids or one big adult. Kids use it as a swing at the campsite. You might get a few more chairs if you use it for stargazing since everybody wants a turn.
