The women’s Harper Rain Slicker is a stylishly minimalistic raincoat, designed for protection from heavy winds and rain, in both urban and rural environments. Nobis constructed this above-knee length jacket with their Premium Herringbone PE fabric blend, which is immensely waterproof while blocking out chilly winds. The Harper Rain Slicker features a hood that adjusts via double drawstring toggles. It also comes with a two-way front zipper covered by a protective rain flap. An exposed center back zipper at the rear hem, which can be undone to allow extra maneuverability.
