I’m 6’ and 175 lbs with 33” inch waist and found with bib pants on the jacket was a little tight in the waist when bending over/sitting down. The L was too big for me. Wish the fit was a little different as I love everything else about the coat.
The quality and design of this jacket are amazing. I bought it for sking mainly and it works great in all conditions.

The quality and attention to detail is most evident in this jacket. The outer cuffs are extended to cover the outer hand, generous pocket sizes, generous hood size., non-slip powder skirt. The hood has fewer adjustment cords than some other brands but is still functional. There is an unusual chest vent zip that I feel is unnecessary, In terms of sizing, I found the medium appropriate for layering but the sleeves too long. (H 5’8, 147 lbs)
Absolutely loved this shell, but ended up returning it as I was not crazy about the colour scheme (I know, I know that’s not a good reason to not wear a a bomb proof shell). Based on the cost of the shell, I want to love every aspect of it (functionality, fit, feel, look etc.). I’m 6’ 3” - 180 lbs with long arms and lean athletic build and this jacket fit great! In short, I genuinely loved everything about this jacket minus the brown zippers on the yellow jacket. Had the zippers been black, it would have been a winner for me.
Norrona knows how to make high quality shell jackets. Material is strong, light, waterproof and keeps the wind out. All the pockets you expect. I was concerned I would miss the side pockets (those zippers allow you to access under layers) but I found them useful to access pockets of my under layer or to simply put my hands in the jacket to warm them up if needed. Size medium is perfect for slim fit at 5’10” and 170lbs. I had an Arc’teryx Rush jacket before that I loved. And was concerned I might not like this one as much. It’s just as good, no regrets.
Nice jacket but I didn't like the fact there were no hand pockets. The inside chest pocket is too small to put anything into, I could not fit either phone or wallet. Pit zips are large which is great. The freedom of movement in the arms is terrific. The hood only has one adjustment which does not seem to be enough.
Jacket was nice but the lack of side pockets and awkward fit in the shoulders ( a bit narrow for a thicker guy) meant we had to return it. Nice high quality fabric though.
Great quality product. As a 5'9 male 145lbs, fit perfectly with a couple of base layers on.
It is designed for tall - slim fit. Otherwise nicely thought design. Clear competition to Arc Teryx
