Norrona only uses the highest quality down with the percentage of down cluster ranging from 93 to 96%. Critical areas in the sleeves, shoulders, and lower hem have synthetic insulation to avoid soakage, helping eliminate cold spots. The Pertex Quantum outer fabric is a unique and lightweight organic cotton polyamide mix that sheds moisture and falling snow. A helmet-suitable hood is insulated and adjustable. A button-snap placket covers the front zipper, blocking brisk winds and wet weather. Soft and elastic sleeve cuffs along with the one-hand adjustment hem help seal out cold drafts.
