  I have an older pair of O’Neill hybrid shorts I love. Zipper side pockets are great for travel. But these have eliminated the zipper. Sizing is also much smaller. Ordered a 32 like my old pair and they were too tight to move and shorter. Old ones are comfortably loose and require a belt. So definitely size up.

  I should have paid closer attention to the description. These are more like board shorts than casual men's shorts. Not the material I was looking for. Otherwise, I'm sure they'd be fine.

  O’Neil hybrid shorts

  The O’Neil hybrid line has always been my go to. From days on the water to cruising around in the summer these shorts are very versatile. I sized up one inch in the waist but the groin and seat are quite a bit more fitted than previous models.

  Really nice material, soft, stretchy and the waist band tightening is convenient. Great shorts
