Patagonia Durable Down Hoody - Women's

For climbing trips and backcountry objectives that require rugged warmth without adding weight, the Durable Down Hoody combines lofty 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down with synthetic insulation at the cuffs and underarms.

Built with a lighter-weight version of our Workwear Steel Forge fabric, it’s a burly, midweight insulated jacket that’s still light enough to deploy at the belay. Made in a Fair Trade Certified factory.

• Workwear-Tough Outer Fabric: Built with a lightweight version of ultradurable face fabric used for our Workwear's Steel Forge jackets, the body fabric is high-tensile 98% recycled nylon/2% recycled polyester Ultra-PE ripstop that protects the 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down insulation from abrasion
• Lightweight Lining: Soft and comfortable lining is lighter than the exterior fabric to reduce bulk for better packability and mobility
• Body-Mapped, Durable Insulation: Discontinuous quilting keeps 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products) insulation in place for warmth; the cuffs and underarm areas have 80-g Thermogreen 100% recycled polyester synthetic insulation for longevity of loft and reduction of water uptake
• Full-Length Zipper and Warm Hood: Two-way, center-front, full-length zipper has a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort; hood has soft, elasticized binding and a single-pull adjust for locking in warmth
• Mobility-Specific Features: Broad shoulders and discontinuous quilting prioritizes overhead reach and provides mobility and loft
• Sealed-In Warmth; Pocket Details: Soft, elasticized binding at the cuffs and a drawcord-adjustable hem with two cordlocks seal out the elements; two generous, zippered handwarmer pockets (jacket self-stuffs into the left pocket)

• Shell: 1.9-oz 98% recycled nylon/2% recycled polyester Ultra-PE ripstop with a solvent-free acrylic coating and a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS
• Lining: 1.3-oz Pertex Quantum 100% recycled polyester ripstop certified by OceanCycle and sourced from coastal communities at risk of plastic pollution
• With a DWR finish made without intentionally added PFAS
• Insulation: 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products)
• Cuff and underarm insulation: 80-g Thermogreen 100% recycled polyester
