Great bag but had to return

Love this look of this bag. I'm sure it would be great for short little hauls, but there is one design detail that is making me return it: the rigid floor-like bottom of the bag actually cut into one's back, and I imagine there is no way that would be comfortable on a hike, or even walking through an airport. So while the bag is beautiful and sharp and is probably perfect otherwise, this design detail is a bit of a flaw for long use.

Pretty great, so far

I’ve only had this bag for a couple of days but I’m really into it so far. I’ll mostly use it for local errands but will try it on my travels next month. It’s a bit larger than I imagined and it’s a bit stiff right now, but I think it’ll break in nicely. Overall, it’s a solid, no-fuss backpack.
