Like others have said, the sizing is a bit off. I wanted to keep these shorts so badly but they just didn’t fit right. Patagonia is a good brand and lots of their clothes are of awesome quality. I think it’s just this style that doesn’t suit me because of the sizing they made me look bigger or they are simply too tight on me for the size I usually wear when I purchase Patagonia shorts/pants.

The shorts are very cute and sturdy, the waist is very high and narrow compared to the shorts which are on the roomy side for my given size (6)

These shorts fit really well. The little flare at the leg opening is cute but combined with the khaki colour give a bit of a camp counsellor vibe, which may or may not be to your preference.
