Good size, convenient, easy to use in different occasions.
Material is good and light. It looks nice and function well. Good product.
Packs small and comes with storage bag. Easy to clean and will last a long time, what you expect from Primus.
Light weight but good quality solid base. Curve radius makes for a generous cooking surface of around 8. 75". Perfect size for crepes! Would be nice if it came with a lid.
The larger Primus frypan is built for camping. It is lightweight and cooks great on a Primus stove.
La grandeur est parfaite pour l'apporter dans mon sac. Pour les oeufs du matin et le repas en soirée. La qualité semble être au rendez-vous.
The pan folds perfectly, has a nice carrying case, and heats evenly. It does seem to get discoloured quickly but with a little elbow grease at home, can clean up okay.
Love this pan. Good mix of durability and lightweight.
There are very few stainless steel fry pans which can be used on a campfire. Most quality frypans are designed for use on a campstove so their handles have some materials which would be damaged by flames or possibly the heat from coals. This is a compromise. I have much better stainless steel fry pans but they are too heavy for canoe camping. This is the lightest one (730 g) which I have found which has a solid base and can be used on a campfire. The base contains aluminum which spreads heat quickly and evenly. I bought this pan because its was described as having a 10" base. 10" is the diameter of the pan at its upper edge. The base is approximately 7 3/4". I would have returned it if I had been able to find any other campfire compatible stainless steel pan with a 10" base. I am used to canoe camping trips where I take a cast iron pan. I don't want the food quality to decrease because of using a stainless steel pan. I have many high quality stainless steel pans for home use. To my surprise, this pan produced better pancakes than any of my other pans. My guess is that is because it heats up so rapidly. Pancakes cooked quickly enough (often in 75 seconds) that the time difference between using this pan and a larger one will not be significant.
