Belle coupe, magnifique fourrure. Le positionnement des poches sur le devant est inhabituel mais tout de même pratique. Les manches sont longues et munies poignets ajusté, parfait pour moi. Le manteau est très très chaud. Pas l’idéal dans le métro.

I waited until we got some real cold weather to make a review. WOW great jacket! I've been using it for about 2 moths now, I've used it in very cold, wet and windy weather. I was outside shovelling in -12 with freezing rain and wind, everything covered by the jacket was toasty warm! We've got some pretty cold weather -20 and this jacket has kept me warm! I'm a large but got the jacket in a medium and it fits great! Its a two way zipper which is great for the car if I bend over with my pockets maxed out with gloves, hat and cell phone, there's no pressure on the zipper it just slides up a bit and I'm so grateful for that. The side pockets are deep but, I'd love them to be just a bit deeper, I've got a samsung s9 in a large case and that pretty much just fits to close the pocket zipper. There's a breast pocket on the inside which is a pretty good size too. The hood is large and has a pull string on the back that will tighten it up which my husband says looks kinda silly tightened but I just it anyway (otherwise there'd be too much hood to really see properly). The jacket waist is adjustable by two pull strings on the inside of the jacket which I found, if pulled too tight the strings become so long it interferes with the zipper and you need to move them out of the way when zipping up. The jacket is the perfect length in my opinion as well, longer jackets I find hard to move around in the car. I had a shorter jacket (just below the waist) before this one and I wont go back to that length. I will buy this brand again!

The parka is very comfortable and of good quality. It is ideal to wear in the cold Canadian winter, and fits perfectly. I am very happy with it overall.

Body type - Average, wider hips. Ht 5ft 5in, Wt 108lbs. 34-25-36. Have cold intolerance Bought Almost Black, Size S Reasons for purchase - 1.Need a new travel winter parka, to replace my shedding Jottnar Down Jacket 2 . Want to try Synthetic Insulation (scared of shedding down problem) 3. Mid thigh or above knee length preferred 4. Made in Canada 5. Price suits my budget Cons - 1. Odd fit on me. It was too tight at the armpits even with only a light T-shirt underneath. 2.Too heavy and bulky everywhere else! 3. Agree with the other reviewer about the difficult hood snap attachment Pros - 1. Liked the racoon fur trimmings on the hood 2.Warm (didn't get to wear this outdoors, but tried it indoors in maximum cold airconditioning setting room) Sadly I returned this parka because of the tight arm fitting and heavy weight. I purchased the Kimberly Parka instead

I am 5 ft 2.5 in and 125 lbs. I purchased a medium in navy. I don't like things to be tight and normally take a size 8/10 medium range. Coat is well made but has some design flaws. I would have preferred not to have the fur and have removed it. The hood has snaps to bring the ends/sides closer to the face but the place where the snaps connect is in a tiny hidden area on the collar. The hood has two interior stretchy side adjusters and one on the back of the hood which are helpful. The plastic snaps are iffy but the area for the hood attachment is impossible. I have to get my spouse to do them up if I have the coat on. I also have difficulty doing up the very top snap on the neck due to its placement mostly. I live in northern AB and walk to work and with my dogs several times a day. I am quite warm with just a hoodie and camisole under the coat from the waist up because I have adjusted the interior stretch adjuster. However because it's a relaxed fit, the bottom half (ends just above my knees) of me is sometimes chilly. I've been wearing the coat in -8C to -20C (no wind) and have been ok. I wish it had the upper set of chest pockets but the slash pockets at the hips are a good size. The one (wish there were two) interior pocket is also a good size and has a vertical zip closure. The zipper could have been a bit bigger and easier to do up. The coat is well made overall but could have been better designed. Included in my purchase criteria were "made in Canada" and washable, and it is both of those. I am considering adding a stretchy adjuster at the bottom of the coat which would negate any future warranty no doubt. Would I buy it again - not sure. I tried 5 other coats including a CG and this one was the best look and fit for me.

J'aime beaucoup la coupe semi-ample de ce manteau, elle permet un look ajusté tout en laissant une certaine flexibilité. Le capuchon est ajustable et la fourrure est magnifique. Il est parfait pour les conditions hivernales qu'on a, je n'ai plus jamais froid. Pour la taille, elle correspond à ce que je prends normalement pour un manteau pour bien faire au niveau des hanches, mais c'est une taille plus grande que celle que je prends pour des vestes ou gilets. Tout simplement, je l'adore :-)
