  Very windproof

  The jacket shields wind well. The clip at the front of the chest comes very handy to control ventilation and moisture. Very light and packable.

  Great windbreaker

  The Rab Vital Jacket is a lightweight and highly packable windbreaker, worked well for a very windy hike. It packs really small in its own pocket. The only thing that could be improved - it’s not as breathable as you'd expect for such a light jacket.

  Léger et efficace

  Très léger mais très efficace il coupe très bien le vent. Il est déperlant donc ok pour pluie fine et passagère. En revanche pas très respirant. Contrairement à ce que j’avais lu concernant le fait qu’il n’entrait pas dans sa poche c’est bien le cas. Il y entre dans une ou l’autre.

  Second Time Purchasing This Jacket

  It is lightweight. This version, while not waterproof, is more water resistant than the previous version. This means it does not breathe as well, but I like that it will handle a bit of rain better.

  Très légère et compacte. Protège bien du vent et de la pluie légère. Niveau taille, j’ai pris ma taille habituelle et le fit est parfait.

  Great for city and travel

  This is a slim fit jacket. Very lightweight and with sippered hand pockets, very useful for city and travel use. It is strange that the jacket is very packable but there is no packing pocket or stuff pack to do it.

  Great first impression

  Great so far! I'm 5'8" 160lb and I like the way the large fits. Room to move but not overly baggy. Smooth zips and great hood. Minus one star because it doesn't have an integrated stuff sack.
