Solid, but a bit fussy for my taste
If you like buckles, straps, pulls, etc, this bag will completely be your jam. If you're looking, though, for something a little more streamlined, maybe skip it. Fabric seems robust for carry-on use -- ie standing in the drizzle at YYJ waiting to board your flight east. I wouldn't expect it to last too long in the conveyor belts as a checked bag. Inside seems good enough -- in fact for a carryon, it's pretty sophisticated to have the two compartments. And the TSA lock is a nice have, though given that it's a carry-on bag, sort of unnecessary. For me, too much strap/buckle action required to use this bag, so I've returned it. But if you're into that kind of thing, and you want a bag that looks and likely is pretty resilient for the carry-on lifestyle, worth a look.
