Comfortable, durable and easy to use, the Camp Self Inflating Mat is built for campers seeking technical performance at an approachable price. Air Zone construction reduces weight with body-mapped cutouts, keeping insulation where it's needed most. The weight-efficient Contour Shape offers extra sleep surface for side sleepers and those who like more space. Made from rugged, certified recycled 75D polyester. The XPEL valve enables fast inflation and compact packing. Packs easily into the side-loading stuff sack.
Features
• Best Use: Camping, Entry-level backpacking, Paddling
• Body Mapped Insulation: Air Zone construction insulates where needed, reducing weight where it’s not
• Adjustable Firmness: 4cm thickness allows you to customise comfort for your ideal sleep
• Contour Shape: Adds 12% more sleep area for varied sleep positions
• Rectangular Shape: Offers extra sleep area for ultimate comfort
• Quick and Compact Deflation: XPEL valve enables tighter rolls for space-saving storage
• Effortless Packing: Side-loading stuff sack makes transport and storage easy
• Comfort in Three Seasons: R-Value of 4.2 provides warmth in a wide range of temperatures
• Durable & Recycled Fabrics: Made with rugged, certified recycled 75D woven polyester
• Contour Shape: Sea to Summit's Contour Shape is widest at the point level with the sleeper's torso and elbows. This allows a sleeper to roll over and side sleep without rolling off of the mat, or ending up with arms and hands touching the cold ground. Contour-shaped mats have a 12% larger sleep area than conventional tapered(Mummy)mats with only a minimal increase in weight. Finally-a sleeping mat designed for the way you actually sleep
• Air Zone Construction: Air Zone Construction utilises vertical cutouts through the foam. The cutouts are body-mapped and vary in size-they reduce weight where you don't need it and increase support and insulation in the zones where you do
• Side Loading Stuff Sack: Supplied with all 2026 Sea to Summit self inflating mats, the side-loading stuff sack solves the perennial problem of trying to pack a sleeping mat end-on into a stuff sack. Loosen the drawcord, drop in the rolled-up mat, cinch the drawcord tight and you're ready to pack the mat in your bag. Who thinks of things like this? We do
• ASTM F3340 R-Value Testing: To ensure that you will be warm when you sleep(Especially when the ground is colder), it is essential to know how well your sleeping mat resists heat loss into the ground. This resistance is known as an R-Value. A laboratory-tested R-Value is the only way to measure resistance to heat loss. Sea to Summit has always provided independent lab-tested R-Values for its sleeping mats. Since January 2020 we have used the industry standard ASTM F3340 test to provide R-Values for our mats. There are several other factors which will determine how well a sleeping mat will insulate, but the standardized ASTM R-Value test means you can compare resistance to heat loss in sleeping mats across different brands
• XPEL Valve: The Sea to Summit XPEL Valve was the first valve developed specifically for self-inflating sleeping mats. It integrates a one-way inflate port, a deflate port and a fine-tune button into a single, low-profile unit. The genius of the XPEL valve is that to deflate the sleeping mat, the valve is flipped over. This turns the one-way inflate valve into a one-way deflate valve-preventing the mat from drawing itself full of air as it is rolled up. The XPEL valve fits the nozzle of an Airstream pump(Sold Separately) if you want to top up your self-inflating mat
