Good sale purchase. Fabric feels great and has a versatile shape with the drawstring cinches. The strap system could be better to keep it closer to the body rather than wrapping around the pad, especially at this price point.
Have not had a chance to try it outside yet so take my endorsement with a grain of salt, but seems to for summer + early shoulder season temps.
The quilt is a respectable weight for the warmth rating and can be compressed into a 5 litre Ultra Sil stuff sack. The only issue I had is the ability of the quilt to keep out cold air drafts around your neck and shoulders. There should be a snap to allow the quilt to wrap around your shoulders and neck when the temperature is around the 0 degree mark. To solve the problem I stitched two pieces of Velcro to keep the quilt around my neck and shoulders. I was able to get the quilt in the $460 CAD range that made the quilt very affordable compared to other brands such as Enlightened Equipment.
Looking forward to using this. It is super soft and lightweight at a great price (had some discounts at the time which helped).
