  But I'm keeping anyway. . . . Great quality, ultra light weight. . . Its for my back up pack, or a day hike in extreme weather, when my bag is coming home today

  Yes it is pricey, but it is very lightweight, fits well (used for my Mystery Ranch 57L Radix), and does the job which is to keep the rain off. Used it while backpacking in the Balkans

  Easy. Light. Waterproof. Very user and pack friendly that closes down tight and water doesn’t bunch up.

  Glad I brought this on my most recent hike of the west coast trail. I’ve made the mistake before where I thought I could avoid a pack cover but then the contents of my bag would be wet. Did what it was supposed to do, easy to use. Kinda heavy, but lighter than if my bag was soaking wet. Green colour was not as described in the photos, much darker in person.

  Great lightweight pack cover

  Great pack cover, and I love the new colour this year! Being ultra-sil, it is a bit delicate so be careful about where you lay your pack down; my last one got a tear (totally my fault) which is why I'm purchasing a new one. But it's my second purchase so that should be an indication of how much I like it :-)

  Worth the upgrade.

  A number of packs come with covers, usually treated nylon. The ultra-sil will pack smaller and is lighter. I also find that when wet it shakes off rain water easier making it easy and dryer to pack away.
