The men's ALPHA PAC XT Boot was designed for frigid-weather activities where stability and rugged insulation are a necessity. A waterproof synthetic upper fastens with a shatter-resistant YKK Shokonloc buckle closure. The built-in gaiter has a barrel-lock closure system. This dual tightening system secures the boot during deep snow activities. The shell is made from durable, flexible, waterproof Polar Light technology. The outsole has multi-directional rubber lugs for enhanced grip on compact snow. A removable recycled felt inner boot captures heat with built-in Omni-Heat reflective technology. A bonded felt frost plug ensures cold air doesn't seep through the sole. The molded EVA midsole provides enhanced comfort and thermal protection at a reduced weight.
