  I found they were better than the blue ones. More shock absorption and more comfortable while not too thick, are able to fit in any shoes

  I am a big fan of these inserts with multiple versions for multiple purposes. They feel a bit costly but so much less than actual orthotics.

  Very good support, take up space in your footwear

  I bought these for Danner Mountian Light Hikers which do not come with insoles. They are precisely what I needed with excellent heel and arch support. Follow sizing instructions to avoid buying too small – they are a breeze to cut (I traced my foot for a perfect fit). Note that they are thick and don't compress so they will impact the fit of your footwear.

  Needed extra padding for my redwing boots, since I'm between sizes. They work great, had one for 7 years, and wanted to add them into my other pair of boots. Highly recommended

  Quality insoles

  Been using these for a week so far (purchased size E as I'm a size 11, and the E fit exactly in my 11 shoe) and the arch support is fantastic. Markedly better than your typical insoles you find at the drug store, and gives a bit of spring in every step. Hope to get more down the line.

  Fantastic Insole

  As I work through a Plantar Fasciitis issue, these insoles have allowed me to extend my walking/hiking beyond that of factory insoles. Very comfortable right from the start and will likely continue to use once my issue resolves.

  These are super thick, supportive, and high quality. But just make sure your shoe has enough volume to fit these. I could fit these in some shoes but they were too tall instep wise in others. Overall great purchase and recommended!

  I don’t know why I waited so long to get inserts. These are fantastic. I didn’t even have to trim them. The size was perfect.
