The one advantage of this sandal is that it is waterproof. However, if you're looking for sufficient cushioning, this sandal lacks it. It's similar to a flip flop foam cushion with more supportive straps. It would be good for walking short distances, especially in areas that may be wet, and it is very compact. However, if you're looking for cushion and walking long distances, this might not be the best sandal.

I love Tevas post hike. I also wear them a few days after a big multi day hike. I also take it on vacation walking through big cities so I don’t need to wear runners.

I bought these because they are waterproof and would be perfect for watersports where I need a strap to hold my foot. However, I was surprised at how thin the sandal was. It was similar to wearing a pair of flip flops except it had a strap. Had to return as I was expecting a bit more support for the price of the shoe.
