Way cheaper than goretex and you get what you paid for. The seams are all taped but there’s still random areas where water seems to leak through, especially around the chest and back. Just like all TNF jackets I’ve worn, the sleeves are too long.
Overall a good shell for somewhat inclement weather on cooler days. The hoodie is not designed the best (the neck is too short and hoodie not adjustable enough) causing the jacket to “float up” at the shoulders when worn. This lets in rain at the neckline and therefore isn’t ideal when rain is heavy. Good value for money if purchased on sale.

This jacket has everything I was hoping for in an all purpose 100% wind and rain protecting jacket. I highly recommend this jacket to anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors when the good weather is MIA.
