  Borealis patch backpack

  I really liked the North Face Borealis backpack. It has a comfortable design, great organization, and feels well made overall. Unfortunately, the one I received arrived with the bungee cord already frayed, which was disappointing. That said, customer service was quick to address the issue and handled it professionally, which I really appreciated. Because of that positive experience and the quality of the backpack itself, I plan to repurchase the Borealis once it’s back in stock. Overall, I’m happy with how the situation was resolved and still recommend the bag.

  Great bag, lots of useful pockets

  I use it for daily and hikes, it's very convenient and useful with all the different pockets. The one closest to your back can hold a few pieces of clothing or a computer, the bigger pocket can hold many things and can be either expanded or fitted. The smaller pocket has very good organizing slots and on top of that, you have a glass/ski mask dedicated pocket. For the side bottle pockets, I'd recommend using them with only smaller bottles (0. 5L or so), otherwise the bottles may tend to escape.
