  I bought this sweater to use as a mid layer for cross country skiing. It has a good stretch and not too thin and not too thick. The body and sleeves are long if that is important to you. I have long arms, so I love the length of the arms. I bought a medium and actually bought a second colour (black) after receiving the blue one. I am happy with both sweaters.
