The Youth Recon Squash 17-litre backpack was built to model The North Face' iconic Recon daypack, at roughly half the size so that it can fit a child. This pack features a generous main compartment built to hold binders, books and lunches, and comes with a zippered front pocket for pens, pencils and a calculator. Mesh side water bottle pockets provide some extra external storage, and a top haul handle makes picking-up the Recon Squash easy. The North Face also outfitted this pack with a comfortable stitched-foam back panel and designed it with a child-specific breakaway sternum strap for secure carrying.
