Ordered a second one as the little guy grew out of last year’s one, so you can guess we were happy with it. It’s slim but warm enough, not puffy so you don’t have to take it off when you put the baby in the car seat (you should make that judgement yourself) and buckle belts very snug. It’s on the pricer side but price is better when on sale.
Purchased this jacket for my 18 month old grandson. Got the 18-24 month size and it fits him nicely, and with room to grow. My wife and I have thermoball jackets and already know the warmth without bulk and weight that this jacket provides. On a small child it offers the added benefit of not being obtrusive when he’s in his car seat. Aside from the quality and functionality of this jacket, it looks adorable on the little guy.
