I already have the carry-on in this collection and it’s so well built. You could actually use this backpack as a carry-on on a plane. The divisions inside are nice. And I love the pale blue on the inside. Overall, a great goodbye.
I was looking for a bag that would have the storage of a swissgear but look premium like a BellRoy (without the premium pricetag). I think I found it in the Thulre 28L Aion. The fact that it has zippers that can increase o decrease the volume space it what makes this bag a winner. The finishes (the material, the lining, the organization, pockets, and the ZIPPERS!) are premium for sure. I would not have minded an extra hidden wallet pocket tucked in the back panel (something for the design team to debate). But it is quite the perfect laptop/ weekend, carryon bag. I love the minimalist look of the front panel ( but the pocket organization inside is awesome) It is comfortable to carry. WIll see how it handles heavy loads during travel (i. e. electronics, toiletries, clothing, laptop, kindle etc). Highly recommend if you want to pair aesthetics +techinical materials ( and be mindful of pricepoint).

Comfortable on the back and easy to organize with the many compartments. Look forward to using it. l
i was looking for a travel bag. This is as close to perfect for me that I could find. Solid construction, I mean it's Thule. . Loads of pockets and storage. Love the fact that it opens fully like a clamshell. My only wish would have been for a separate shoe storage. Not a big deal though, because in the end I just used packing bag.
I have been studying many backpacks and find Aion is the best in terms of versatile and value. I like the size 28L, not too heavy and bulky for a carry on luggage! A must-buy for traveller!!
This is the right size of carry-on for a 3-day trip, assuming you are fairly experienced at packing. It is lightweight on its own and pretty comfortable to carry. My two issues with it is that it doesn't have an expansion zipper or straps to tighten and compress the bag on the outside.
I had watched and read many reviews before deciding on this bag and I couldn’t be more happy. It is very intelligently designed, the quality is impeccable. Perfect for travelling with a carry on only. Will be getting another one for myself.
I am very pleased with this backpack for traveling. The various compartments are great for organization. Used it as a carryon, and had it stuffed pretty full and yet it still fit under the seat!
