J'aime beaucoup ces barres de gelées pour les longues sorties. La texture est plus agréable que les gels. Seul défaut: ils ramollissent un peu à la chaleur et la texture devient moins agréable à manger. Autrement, rien à redire!

Great alternative to gels. It is tasty and because you chew, it feels like you are eating proper food for that extra energy you need while running instead of sucking energy gels.

I am training for a marathon and started learning that I need to take in some nutrition when I start pushing the miles up to avoid running out of gas. These Bars have been great. I have used them on a few longer runs and they have been easy for me to eat and digest while running. Much more pleasant than I anticipated. They taste good too!

Pantalon (Medium 8-10)avec un tissu doux et confortable, élastique , un peu grand pour les tailles 8 ans , pour moi ( 5’8"-150lbs) il est parfait . De plus , j'adore la couleur !
