  Cyber Week is the continuation of Black Friday, and kicks off the holiday shopping season in Canada with some of the biggest deals of the year. It will end on December 7, 2025.

  Birkenstock, Blundstone, Canada Goose, Filson, Glerups, On, Patagonia won't be on sale during this Cyber Week.

• What are the policies on returns, shipping, or warranties during Cyber Monday?

  We have extended our regular return policy during Cyber Monday: All orders placed between November 3 and December 8 are eligible for returns until January 9, 2026. If you find a product you purchased at Altitude Sports with a lower price (after any tax and shipping costs) from a competitor, or if that product's price has decreased on our website within 15 days of your purchase, we will price match. • Are sales final?

  No, sales are not final. Altitude Sports has a 30-day return policy, which applies on discounted items, and it's been extended for Cyber Week: All orders placed between November 3 and December 8 are eligible for returns until January 9, 2026. More details can be found in our Help Centre.

• What if the price drops on an item after I purchased it?

  If you purchase an item and the price drops within 15 days of your purchase, or you find the product at a lower price elsewhere, we will refund the difference to your account in Alti Dollars. Access all the details in our Help Center.

• Are Altitude Sports Cyber Monday discounts real, or do you boost MSRP so prices look lower?

  Our discounts are real. We establish regular prices based on the manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP), and the discounts are based on those.

• If I buy items during Cyber Monday, will it take longer for me to receive my order due to increased demand?

  We take pride in delivering as quickly during peak periods as we do year-round. Due to exceptionally high parcel volumes between November 24 and December 7, Same-Day/Next-Day delivery services will be temporarily paused — to ensure reliability and timely delivery for all orders. Outside this period, you can always consider these services, available in select markets in Canada.
