  Really nice jacket

  I ordered this jacket and the beta sv jacket. It’s main use will be as a hard shell for skiing. I prefer the zipper placement for pockets on the beta series of jackets, but from what I understood, the alpha line was made in Canada, so all things being equal I would prefer the made in Canada option. Turns out the alpha line isn’t made in Canada anymore, so I decided to keep the beta jacket and return this one. Fit and finish and all the rest is typical Arc’teryx. Both jackets fit true to size (keeping in mind they are designed for layering, so they are a little baggier fit). But I did dock 1 star for not being made in Canada anymore.

  Wow

  Au-delà de mes attentes! C'est un vrai bon manteau 4 saison... Mon ancien manteau était un alpha sv et je l'ai porté pendant 20 ans, je l'ai vraiment apprécié...mais le AR pour l'été respire davantage et semble plus léger et aussi robuste. En plus la couleur est superbe!!

  Excellent produit, couleur trop excentrique

  J'ai commandé ce produit en large car la taille et l'ajustement conviennent parfaitement à ma physionomie (190 cm, ~85 Kg). Malheureusement -et c'est le problème des achats en ligne- la couleur Thalassa est beaucoup plus vert turquoise que sur mes écrans d'ordinateur. Ça ne me convient pas du tout. Heureusement, avec Altitude les retours sont faciles. Je continue de regarder pour des modèles Arcteryx car leurs coupes je vont vraiment bien. Il ne restait malheureusement plus de couleurs qui cassent mieux dans ma palette pour le modèle Alpha... dommage.

  Great Multi Purpose

  Had this jacket for about a month. I have worn it on rainy days, days with temps of -15 and it has worked great. It is durable, fits great ( I have about a 48" chest) and allows me to move in all directions on a trail. A bit pricey but the quality is there.

  Manteau HORS-PAIR fortement conseillé

  Il s'agit d'un manteau parfait pour toutes les activités de plein air, particulièrement les activités plus sportives où on ne veut pas se mouiller tout en n'ayant pas trop chauds. Dans mon cas il a été utilisé en montagne et alpinisme et c'Était parfait ! En plus d'ëtre utilisé comme manteau en ville également car bien stylé. Les zippers sont d'excellente qualité, les poches sont larges et bien placée, et celles pour l'aération aident grandement à laisser sortir l'humidité de la transpiration. Le capuchon est bien fait pour être capable d'accueillir un casque de sécurité.

  It is great jacket. However the product price is too high. I did not find any no reasonable explanation for myself about this. The jacket size was design to be slim, but it shows that I need to lose couple pounds from my belt as soon as possible.
