Its core and sleeves are padded with plush yet resilient 750 fill European grey goose down, delivering incredible lightweight warmth and packability. Down Composite Mapping combines the down-fill with panels of hydrophobic Coreloft synthetic insulation through the hood, collar, cuffs, and underarms, which are areas prone to moisture. The entire StormHood is lined with Coreloft fill, preventing soakage in sleety weather. Abrasion resistant and textured Arato 30 outer fabric treated with a DWR finish sheds the wind and light precip. This insulators' regular fit easily layers under your hardshell. The adjustable drop back hem tightens with a drawcord. The hand pockets close with zippers, securing your phone, map, or music device.
