Ingredients: Precooked Long Grain White Rice, Sauce [Parmesan Cheese (Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Part-Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Disodium Phosphate, Salt), Nonfat Milk, Maltodextrin, Potato Starch, Salt, Garlic, Torula Yeast, Vegetarian Soup With Imitation Chicken Flavor (Maltodextrin, Salt, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Turmeric Extract (Color), Sunflower Oil), Onion, Dextrose (From Corn), Sugar, Pepper, Parsley, Basil, (Tamari Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Salt), Maltodextrin, Salt)], Chicken (Cooked, Diced And Freeze-Dried), Broccoli, Super Sweet Corn, Onion, Bell Pepper, Tomato.

Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2-1/2 cups (600 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
